New Private Marina

The new marina at Churchill Oaks is the first private, deep water marina constructed in South Walton in decades. A much needed and heavily requested amenity, the marina offers homeowners the opportunity to dock their boats within their residential community allowing easy access the water for fishing, swimming, or a sunset cruise. Individual boat slips are now available for Churchill Oaks property owners to purchase.
